5th SwissText & 16th KONVENS
Joint Conference 2020

The validity of high school grades as a predictor of academic
success is controversial. During an aptitude test (Operant Motive Test, OMT),
participants are asked to write freely associated texts to provided questions
and images. Trained psychologists can predict subsequent success from these
texts.

You can find the task description here.
